Purchase Yard-Waste Cart/Sticker Combination Online

Use this form for a first-time purchase of the 96-gallon yard-waste carts that are used for residential pickup of yard waste (sticks, branches, leaves, grass, garden clippings, etc.). A year sticker, which must affixed to the cart and is renewed every year, is included in this order form. Your new cart will be delivered to your house by the City of Winston-Salem Sanitation Division.

If you already have a yard-waste cart and don't need to buy another one, you can purchase just a Sticker for the new year (fiscal year of July-June) by using the online order form: www.cwsonline.org/yardcarts.
